Six years ago I began a fitness journey which has been far more rewarding than I ever imagined at the start. Strength training, biking and some running has transformed into a full-time running habit. I am currently running more trails than roads and taking the next illogical step after competing in a handful of road distances: ultra running.

Walking the dog
